How About Some Good Vacation Ideas?

I’m 22 years old and I my girlfriend and I have our vacations from work planned for October. I want to go somewhere different, in the U.S. We were talking about hiking, biking, rapelling, stuff like that. Anyone have any good ideas or good past experiences? How bout good places to stay at the location you like?

Where do you live??? If I suggest Oregon around Sunriver (just an example) and you are from Bend then chances are you’ve been there.
